Frightmare: RAGE ROOM T&Cs

By booking and entering the Frightmare: Rage Room experience operated by Scared Limited, all persons agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All persons entering the event must pay for admission. Tickets will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. These tickets must be brought with the participants and presented at the Frightmare: RAGE ROOM ticket desk. We accept tickets in digital format as well as printed. For lost tickets, please see our FAQs.

2. This experience is currently for those aged 16+. Anyone aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+. 

3. The booking/ contact person is responsible for ensuring all participants are aware of and agree to these terms and conditions.

4. Participants can change their tickets 24 hours before their time slot if they made an account while booking. Any changes required to the ticket after that timeframe or if they have not made an account will incur a £5 administration fee.

5. We cannot issue any refunds. Even for illness, cancellations or non-arrivals.

6. Due to the nature of the experience, Frightmare: RAGE ROOM is not recommended for women who are or suspect they might be pregnant. The physical and mental exertion needed to partake in the experience, may also not be suitable for certain medical conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, cardio/respiratory disorders, hypertension, skeletal, joint or ligament problems and some mental illnesses. Participants should discuss concerns with the GP or a medical professional before taking part. 

7. Participants must read, understand and sign the Frightmare: RAGE ROOM disclaimer in order to participate in the experience. 

8. To reduce the risk of injury, all participants must agree to follow the safety instructions given before entering Slingshot Alley and the Rage Room.

9. We reserve the right to refuse entry without explanation, cancel bookings and to alter, close or remove details of rooms without prior notice for technical, operational or other reasons. In these instances, refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.

10. Any persons deemed intoxicated or to be acting inappropriately will not be permitted into the rooms and could be removed from the premises at any time and will not receive a refund.

11. In the event of loss, damage, or theft of personal items, Frightmare: RAGE ROOM will not be held liable. 

12. Participants should arrive 10 minutes before the time indicated on their tickets. Late arrivals past the ticket time will reduce the time in the rooms significantly, or may result in the refusal of entry altogether.

13. No food or drink is to be brought into the Frightmare: RAGE ROOM.

14. No illegal substances or alcohol is permitted on the premises at any time.

15. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the premises.

16. VAT is included in all prices, charged at 20%. Our VAT number is Scared Limited - 410 2880 34

17. Dogs are not permitted at Frightmare: RAGE ROOM. Guide dogs are permitted in the venue, but not in the rooms themselves.

18. Occasionally, Frightmare: RAGE ROOM or other authorised parties carry out photography and/or video recording at the event which may feature guests. By accepting our terms and conditions, participants agree that Frightmare: RAGE ROOM or any authorised party may use such images or video footage in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. Participants further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Frightmare: RAGE ROOM or the authorised party.

19. Personal filming/photography is permitted during the experience, and a camera/phone mount is provided within the rooms for participants to use. However, we shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property in the Rage Rooms and on the premises, and the use of personal recording equipment is entirely at the participant's own risk.
